A life long resident of the Virginia Peninsula, Pat began her professional real estate career in 1991 after raising a family. Her commitment then and now continues to be to serve her clients by continuing her education and training as a REALTOR®.
Pat strives to earn the respect of her clients and contemporaries, and her motto 'my clients come first' reflects this commitment. Pat's clients include local and relocating residents of the Peninsula, Williamsburg, and south side Hampton Roads. In addition to her civilain base, she supports the housing needs of the U. S. Air Force at Langley, the U.S. Army at Fort Monroe and Fort Eustis, the U. S. Coast Guard at Yorktown, and the U. S. Navy personnel stationed at Northrup Grumman's Newport News shipyard and naval bases in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. Her spouse is retired from careers in the military, and in shipbuilding. Supporting her husband during his career has provided Pat with an in-depth understanding of the housing needs of civilian and military clients.

Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) certified and trained to assist the first time and experienced homebuyer in selecting a home suited to their personal requirements. Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) similarly certified and trained to assist sellers and buyers, both civilian and military, in the successful sale of one of their most important assets. Pat can provide assistance in out-of-town relocations assuring her clients of experienced representation at their destination through her extensive network of real estate professionals.
Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certified and trained to recognize the special needs of her important senior clients. Pat understands the stresses related to a significant decision to change a life style. She assists her clients in their specific relocation needs, whether downsizing housing needs, or relocation to assisted living or to family homes.
As an experienced SRES, Pat works with estate attorneys and families who are in the process of settling estates of loved ones. She serves as a valuable link between families and estate attorneys with open communication ensuring the families understanding with the processes involved.
An a graduate of the e-Pro Technology Certification Program, Pat is recognized as a leader in the practice of Online Real Estate.
